Why one person

Most work of this kind is handed down a chain: a salesperson scopes it, a project manager relays it, and whoever ends up writing the code never speaks to the person who explained the problem. A lot of what goes wrong in software goes wrong in that chain.

Working directly with one engineer removes it. Nothing is lost in translation, the person estimating the work is the person doing it, and there is no incentive to recommend a larger project than the problem needs.

What that covers

Application code, database design, server administration, and the domain and mail configuration around them. Being able to work at all of those layers is the point: a slow page, a bounced invoice email, and a failing import look like three different problems until somebody can look at all three.

Working together

Work starts with reading what already exists. Existing systems are inspected before anything is changed, dependencies are understood before anything is replaced, and nothing that currently works gets rewritten because a different style would have been preferred. Where a project can be delivered in stages, it is, so it can be stopped or redirected at any point without wasting what has been paid for.

LTP Microservices has been operating since 2018.

Where

LTP Microservices works with clients anywhere in the United States.

The clearest picture of the work is in the case studies.
